Do not trust Antonia. She will come across very nice, but be weary, she is a liar. I paid a deposit for chandeliers, but needed to cancel one week later due to circumstances. This is 8 months before the event. Said she’d refund me that same day. One week has passed, and nothing yet. She keeps saying that it has been sent, but can’t provide documentation for it. Now she has stopped responding to my messages. I have just lodged a report with fair trading, as I don’t want things to linger. I have since heard very bad reports from people in the business about this woman. Wish I had heard before I got involved with her. Stay away from her at all cost.
Scam artist. Antonia will steal your money and never return it. Worst of the worst. Getting lawyers involved and taking her to court. Department of Fair Trading got involved but can’t contact her so further action is needed which is why we’re heading to court. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAMMER!
If I could give lush designer events a 0 I would. The worst service and experience ever. Everything I payed for and asked for on my wedding day was not done and everything that they did do was completely WRONG They took no responsibility for their mistakes. They have now have stopped replying to all messages and have not been helpful. Totally unprofessional and they have no idea what they’re doing terrible work. Everyone in the indusyry will soon learn just how terrible they are and they won’t last Disgusting !!!!!!!
