Jake Newell from Janda Events is hands down the best vendor you could work with! From our very first meet and greet, he made us feel at home and quickly felt like we were catching up with an old friend. So down to earth, warm and had a genuine passion to capture our love story. On the big day he curated the most magical and heartfelt ceremony for us - hilarious, personal, and yet not a dry eye in the room. Our guests have not stopped raving about how special our celebrant was (seriously - it was the first thing anyone said to us on the day!) and we feel soooo blessed that we found Jake and Janda Events. There is clearly a reason these guys have been in the biz for so long - they operate like a well oiled machine and understand how to make you feel like a million bucks throughout the whole process. Not to mention, Jake also went above and beyond by providing live music during our cocktail hour and then DJing and MCing the rest of the evening. He set the vibe for our entire day and absolutely nailed every single part of it. So talented UGH. If you're looking for someone who can do it all and make your day unforgettable, Jake is your guy. We had Jake sing and DJ at our wedding in August at Mount Tamborine. He was so personable and fit in to the party seamlessly. He even did a duet with my younger cousin and that made her night! The live guitar was lovely and the dance music was great, he gave us encores until the venue kicked us out. Highly recommend Jake and Janda!

We were lucky enough to have Jake as our celebrant for our March 2024 wedding. Jake made the effort to get to know us from the very beginning and was super engaging. Our ceremony was everything we had hoped for. Light, happy, punchy and fun, with lots of laughter. The Janda team are very organised, so no one misses a beat in the lead up to the big day.
