Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens (BRIS CITY CNTRY)

The team at Bundaleer is extremely professional and well organized. I coordinated my wedding from across the globe while living in Canada and Sasha and Catherine were excellent at accommodating our requests and proving information via email when I wasn't able to visit the venue until 2 days before the wedding. The day was perfect, and the service was excellent from the personalized server that made sure we were fed while we had photo's done to the recommendations on vendors.

We had the best experience with this incredible venue. Catherine, Sasha and the staff were all brilliant from day 1. They had excellent communication, so much knowledge and enthusiasm, and made us feel like we could make our dream wedding come to life. We had a few specifics that we wanted to do for our day that were a bit different, and they were on board with every step helping make things work - and Catherine even left a message for us on our audio guest book (which was the best surprise)! We loved having our special waiter with us during the photos with water and snacks and always felt taken care of at every step of the day (and in the lead up too!) Also a shout out to the in house DJ Craig for all his help too! We are so glad we chose this venue for our special day! It was so stunning with the fairy lights in the treetops room and the incredible backdrop of the waterfall deck - and we appreciate so much everyone from Bundaleer that made our day extra special.
