We recently hosted a 50th birthday party for 50 at our home in the east of Melbourne. We engaged Alex to take care of the food and service, and were in good hands from the moment we said “leave it to you, Alex!’ Alex selected and appointed the caterer, menu and service staff, and designed and oversaw the run of the night. She arrived before the party started and stayed on during the night to supervise the food prep and service, including the welcome drinks. The substantial cocktail food was delicious and plentiful, and the grazing cheese board like a piece of art. The kitchen was left spick and span at the end of the night. Meanwhile, I kicked up my heels and enjoyed the party from start to finish as though I was a guest myself. Thanks Alex and team! I highly recommend your services.
